Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your Steady account and all associated data at any time.

Delete from inside the app (fastest)

  1. Open Steady and go to Profile → Data → Delete account.
  2. Answer a couple of quick questions, then type DELETE to confirm.
  3. Your account is deactivated immediately and permanently erased after 30 days. Sign back in within 30 days to cancel.

Request deletion without the app

Use this if you can no longer access the app. We verify ownership of the email, then process the request — your data is erased within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and sign-in identity (including your email).
  • All cloud-backed data: habits, food & nutrition, workouts, progress, synced photos, and any personal-AI data.
  • Your subscription record (cancel an active store subscription separately in Google Play → Subscriptions).
