Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Steady. If you’re not, we offer a straightforward money-back guarantee on new purchases.
1. 30-day money-back guarantee
All new Steady subscriptions — monthly and annual — are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 calendar days of your initial purchase date and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
2. How to request a refund
Email support@nomtrwhat.spacewith the subject line “Refund request” and include the email address used at checkout. We will process your request within 5 business days. Refunds are issued by Paddle (our Merchant of Record) and will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
3. Eligibility
- New purchases only. The guarantee applies to the first payment of a new subscription. Automatic renewals of an existing subscription are not eligible.
- Promotional pricing excluded. Purchases made at a discounted or promotional price are not eligible for a refund.
- One refund per customer. The money-back guarantee may be used once per customer account.
4. Cancellations after the guarantee window
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the management link in your Paddle receipt. After the 30-day guarantee window, we do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
